Hi, I'm Tessa Serra, the flower picker, potion mixer, and self-care enthusiast behind Rising Moon Botanicals.
My wellness journey began on Salt Spring Island, BC, where holistic living and natural healing were part of my upbringing. In 2012, after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease while pregnant, I discovered how many toxins existed in commercial and even "natural" products. This inspired me to create clean, effective products for my family and myself, ultimately healing my autoimmune condition through holistic practices and cannabinoid therapy.
What began as a small line of infused topicals in 2015 (originally Earth Dragon Organics) quickly grew into a national award-winning cannabis wellness brand. After transitioning from Earth Dragon, Rising Moon Botanicals emerged, continuing the mission of intentional, eco-conscious self-care.
Today, every product is handmade in small batches at our Salt Spring Island studio, using organic essential oils and botanicals harvested on-site. With over a decade of herbalism and wellness experience, I thoughtfully craft each item to support your natural, mindful self-care rituals while protecting our planet.
